Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Senior Workday Adaptive Planning Developer/Consultant to design, implement, and support Workday Adaptive Planning solutions with finance stakeholders. You will build planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and dashboards to drive data‑driven decisions.

The role demands 4+ years in Workday Adaptive Planning, Excel proficiency, and strong FP&A knowledge. Based in Charlotte, NC, you will implement scalable planning models and integrations with ERP and other systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Experience configuring Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dimensions, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Adaptive Integration, ETL processes, and data management.
• Strong understanding of Finance, FP&A, and workforce planning processes.
• Experience with Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a Senior Workday Adaptive Planning Developer / Consultant with strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting Workday Adaptive Planning solutions. The role will work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to build planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and dashboard solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support solutions within Workday Adaptive Planning.

• Experience with Workday Financials and/or Workday HCM integrations.
• Experience supporting FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Enterprise Planning functions.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and Integration tools.
• Experience in Agile project delivery environments.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan migration, Adaptive OfficeConnect, and Cloud Connect integrations.
