Amazon Leo is seeking a Sr. TPM – Antenna Hardware Dev in Redmond, WA to drive end-to-end programs spanning hardware, firmware, software, and RF engineering.

You will coordinate with antenna architects and HW/SW teams to deliver phased array systems from concept to production. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or CS, 5+ years PM experience, 7+ years working with engineering teams, and 3+ years in software development.

As a Technical Program Manager for phased array systems, you will drive the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs spanning hardware, firmware, software, and RF engineering. You will work closely with antenna systems architects, hardware design teams, and FW/SW engineers to coordinate the development, integration, and delivery of phased array antenna systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing program schedules, risks, and dependencies across antenna subsystem development and integration milestones
• Driving cross-functional coordination between FPGA, firmware, RF, networking, and mechanical engineering teams
• Defining and tracking technical requirements for phased array antenna systems from concept through production

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience with phased array antenna systems, RF engineering, or satellite communication systems
• Familiarity with FPGA development workflows, firmware integration, or embedded systems programs
• Experience with hardware test automation frameworks and bring-up processes

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
