Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Redmond, WA seeks a senior Program Manager to own the antenna calibration system roadmap. You will drive delivery across hardware, firmware and software teams, aligning milestones and dependencies.

You will define system-level requirements, manage trade-offs, and lead release planning with CI/CD pipelines. Strong collaboration with RF, mechanical, electrical and software teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the program roadmap and execution plan for antenna calibration system development, including defining milestones, managing dependencies, and driving delivery across multiple engineering teams
• Define, document, and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications between hardware, firmware, and software components
• Drive the calibration test strategy, including test architecture, measurement methodology, and pass/fail criteria, in partnership with RF and systems engineering teams
• Coordinate integrated hardware/software development efforts, ensuring alignment across mechanical, electrical, RF, and software disciplines
• Identify and manage technical risks and trade-offs, escalating decisions to leadership with clear data and recommendations
• Establish and maintain software release processes, including CI/CD pipeline management, build and deployment schedules, version control practices, and cross-team coordination mechanisms
• Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership

Export Control Requirement

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, automated build and deployment processes, and software release management
• Experience with test automation frameworks, software-driven measurement systems, or data pipeline development
• Familiarity with RF calibration, phased array systems, or satellite communication technologies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
