Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Redmond, WA, seeks a Technical Program Manager for phased array systems to lead end-to-end programs spanning hardware, firmware, software and RF engineering. Responsibilities

As a Technical Program Manager for phased array systems, you will drive the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs spanning hardware, firmware, software, and RF engineering. You will work closely with antenna systems architects, hardware design teams, and FW/SW engineers to coordinate the development, integration, and delivery of phased array antenna systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing program schedules, risks, and dependencies across antenna subsystem development and integration milestones
• Driving cross-functional coordination between FPGA, firmware, RF, networking, and mechanical engineering teams
• Defining and tracking technical requirements for phased array antenna systems from concept through production
• Leading design reviews, trade studies, and technical decision-making processes across disciplines
• Establishing and managing hardware test automation programs and bring-up processes for phased array systems

• Experience with phased array antenna systems, RF engineering, or satellite communication systems
• Familiarity with FPGA development workflows, firmware integration, or embedded systems programs
• Experience with hardware test automation frameworks and bring-up processes

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
