Edina Realty Title is seeking a Sr. Title Closing Processor to work in our Edina, MN closing center and travel to other locations as needed. You will prepare closing files and collaborate with closers, lenders, and agents on the buyers’ and sellers’ big day.
This hybrid role requires 2–5 years of title experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Normal hours are Mon–Fri 8:00 am–5:00 pm with occasional overtime.

Edina Realty Title is seeking a Sr. Title Closing Processor to work out of our Edina, MN closing center and float to other locations to help with coverage as needed. Work as part of the closing team and become an integral part of our buyers’ and sellers’ big day. As a Sr. Title Closing Processor, you will be responsible for preparing closing files that will be reviewed and signed at the closing table. You’ll work side-by-side with closers, lenders, production staff and agents as a key team member. This is a hybrid role with work hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Travel to other locations is required.

Wage: $23 - $26 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for formulary incentive plan, based on financial results.
