Job summary

HireArt is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager - Product Software (Fleet Orchestration) in Foster City, CA. You will own the roadmap for software systems ensuring autonomous vehicles are in the right place at the right time.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Science, TPM and front-end PMs to translate complex needs into prioritized requirements and measurable outcomes. This is a full-time, hybrid onsite role for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of product management experience with complex backend software.
• Experience driving collaboration and outcomes through influence rather than authority.
• Direct experience with product lifecycle management.
• Technical background with the ability to understand software development, backend systems, web applications, APIs, and technical tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for software systems enabling autonomous vehicle placement.
• steward a software product line and curate its roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Science, Technical Program Management, and front-end Product Managers to refine features.
• Define, implement, and monitor metrics that measure system health and performance.
