The role reports into the SVP of Software Development and collaborates with Supply Chain and tech teams to drive efficiency for parts, inventory, and purchasing workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years of Supply Chain experience in mid-size to large environments.
Proven experience translating user feedback into product requirements and specifications.
Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps and prioritize competing initiatives.
Strong collaboration skills with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with full product development lifecycle and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive technology solutions in Automotive parts catalog, parts inventory processes, vendor management, and parts purchasing.
Partner with supply chain to understand needs and translate into technology solutions.
Develop and manage a product roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
Conduct feedback sessions with supply chain and technicians to identify pain points and requests.
Lead development lifecycle with the software team and coordinate UAT.
Identify and integrate best-of-breed technologies and AI where appropriate.
Roll out features and train users to drive adoption.
