The Senior PMT for Fleet Operations will own the product strategy and roadmap, coordinating across UX, infrastructure, autonomy and operations to scale safe, reliable fleet services. You will translate airline and operator needs into clear requirements, decompose them into system designs, and lead cross-functional programs delivering real-time remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end-to-end.
• Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling with reliability and real-time performance.
• Proven ability to ship 0→1 products in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage a multi-surface product roadmap spanning remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from airline/airport customers and internal operators to inform priorities.
• Scope phased product milestones with instrumentation for data-driven iterative development.
• Drive technical execution across real-time and infrastructure-heavy systems.
• Decompose product needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with Infrastructure.
• Ensure roadmap commitments are tracked and blockers surfaced early.
• Prioritize backlog balancing new features, tech debt, and bugs.
