Job summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager focused on supply chain technology to translate real-world needs into a strategic product roadmap that drives efficiency and technician satisfaction.

You will partner with the Supply Chain organization and technology teams to optimize parts catalogs, inventory processes, vendor management, and purchasing, while leading UAT and rollout of new features.

Qualifications

5+ years of supply chain experience in mid-size to large environments.
Proven ability to translate user feedback into product requirements and roadmaps.
Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives.
Strong collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
Experience with full product development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, launch, support).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technology solutions for automotive parts catalog, inventory, vendor management, and purchasing.
Partner with supply chain to automate manual processes via technology.
Drive continuous improvement programs across supply chain tech.
Gather feedback from supply chain teams and technicians to define requirements.
Build a clear product roadmap and prioritize backlogs.
Collaborate with developers through the full lifecycle and supervise UAT.
Identify and evaluate best-of-breed technologies and AI enhancements for the supply chain.
Oversee rollout and communication of new features.
