Job summary

AeroVect Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sr. PMT for Fleet Operations to define the strategy, roadmap, and development of products for autonomous ground support equipment. You will align airline and airport needs with engineering, UX, and operations to build reliable fleet‑management tooling and remote assistance systems.

The role requires strong product thinking, technical fluency, and excellent communication to translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end-to-end
• Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling in environments where reliability and real-time performance are non-negotiable
• Proven ability to ship 0 → 1 products in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
