Intellics Global Services is seeking an experienced Sr IT Recruiter/Team Lead for remote work. The role focuses on C2H hiring, client coordination, and end-to-end recruitment with immediate joiner requirement and a strong consultancy background.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and managing a fast-paced recruitment cycle while aligning with client processes and targets. Strong tech knowledge and Java/C++/DevOps skills are valued; laptop and internet access are mandatory.

Competenze

• Overall IT recruitment experience 5–7 years.
• Team handling and client coordination required.
• C2H hiring experience is a must.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Must have own laptop with internet connectivity.

Looking for Sr IT Recruiter/ Team Lead/Client Coordinator / C2H Hiring/ Immediate Joiner only

We are hiring Female (Work from Home)

Requirement Details:

Qualification: - Any Graduation or Post Graduation

Exp: -1.5 years experience above in Domestic IT Recruitment

Fully work from home

Timings: - 9:30AM to 6:30PM

2nd and 4th sat off

1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday 9.30 am to 5 pm

Consider 1 year gap only

Immediate Joiner

Must have own Laptop/Desktop with Internet Connection.

Salary- 14k to 18k based on experience (1 TO 4 Year only)Incentives as per your Target Achieved

Team Lead up to 30k in Hand as per Interview and Expereince

Client Coordinator Role up to 22k having exp in C2H Hiring

• Team Lead - 2 years Exp ( Mandatory)
• Overall Experience: 5 to 7 Years in IT Recruitment
• Client Coordination is Must
• Team Handling is must
• C2H Hiring is must
• Immediate joiner

Preferred Candidate:

• Mostly Exp should be in Consultancy Background
• Technically very sound and should have knowledge of current technologies
• Should be having deep knowledge experience in Niche IT SKILLS, SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud technology, ERP, Full Stack Developer, Java, C++, Dot Net, Devops and many more.
• Good knowledge of Screening, Mass Mailing, Job Posting & Sourcing and Job Portal and End to End Recruitment
• Closure in C2H and Perm Hiring per month with maximum package
• Should be aware of client process of recruitment Like duplicacy, profile uploading, Tools used by client
• Should be working with MNC client
