Job summary

Orcapod is looking for Female IT Recruiters with 2–5 years in IT recruitment and at least 2 years of C2H hiring experience. This is a permanent work-from-home role with 9:30 am–6:30 pm timings, Monday–Saturday, with 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.

Candidates should have strong skills in screening, mass mailing, job posting and sourcing, plus excellent communication.

Salary and designation will be decided after interview rounds; incentives and mobility reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in IT recruitment
• Must have 2 years of C2H hiring experience
• Experience in product hiring
• Permanent work from home with laptop and wifi
• Good knowledge of screening, mass mailing, job posting & sourcing
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Screen and shortlist candidates for IT roles and C2H hiring
• Post jobs and source candidates using mass mailing and various channels
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and provide timely updates to stakeholders
