This position currently offers a 3-day on-site workweek, up to 2 days remote, on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, based out of our Sterling Heights, MI or Minneapolis, MN office.

Responsibilities

• Support program teams within Combat Mission Systems, managing cost, schedule, and performance of work directives.
• Support technical development of products.
• Develop and maintain project planning documents.
• Support Control Account Manager duties for work directives.
• Engage in risk management activities.
• Maintain program schedules and develop project plans.
• Monitor work and expenditures to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Prepare status reports and other program documentation.
• Assist in analyzing and allocating system requirements.
• Lead analysis of alternatives or trade studies.
• Assist in project reviews and documentation.
• Develop and analyze program metrics.
• Coordinate, review, manage, and assemble program deliverables for customers and internal reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field.
• At least 4 years of related experience, including project management, metrics monitoring, reporting, and managing system requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to initiate, prioritize, and coordinate tasks across multiple team members.
• Data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering.
• Experience with PM Compass, DOORS, or Earned Value Management Systems.
• Experience in the defense industry.

Pay Range

Full-Time Salary Range: $95,106 - $161,680. Salaries are determined based on various factors including skills, education, experience, and market conditions.
