FedEx Logistics in San Jose, CA is hiring for a customer service/operations associate. You will provide accurate information and assistance to customers, respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and help sell company services while supporting station operations.

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.
Pay: $24.33-$32.52
Additional Details: Sun-Sat (2 days off) ranging from 6am start to 6:30pm end time.
