Federal Express Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Dock Associate to provide accurate information and assistance to customers while supporting station operations. The role includes handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting FedEx services.
You will perform administrative tasks and assist with various duties as assigned, with a starting pay of $21.29 per hour and a typical Monday–Friday schedule.
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.
Pay: $21.29 / hr starting pay
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm
