Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in California is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to monitor production, adjust equipment, and drive improvement initiatives. You will lead daily and weekly reviews, coordinate shifts, and manage the daily labor OPEX budget under the Maintenance Manager’s guidance.

The role emphasizes Lean-driven process improvements, uptime prioritization, and developing a maintenance-focused team structure with strong operator feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years related experience and 1–2 years leadership.
• High school diploma with 6-8+ years related experience and 3-4+ years leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices.
• Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Maintenance Manager.
• Manages daily activities, including Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities such as team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, etc., along with daily labor OPEX budget and review.
• Utilizes Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations.
• Develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback is a key responsibility of the manufacturing supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned

• Salary: $87,840 - $109,800 plus annual target bonus
