Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in California to oversee daily maintenance activities, lead meetings, and manage the labor OPEX budget. The role emphasizes equipment uptime and lean process improvements within a high-throughput beverage plant.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related maintenance experience and 1–2 years of leadership, or equivalent education/experience, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Weekend availability and 1st shift support are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years of related experience and 1–2 years of leadership experience, or High School Diploma with 6–8+ years of related exp and 3–4+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices.
• Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Maintenance Manager.
• Manages daily activities, including Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities such as team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, and daily labor OPEX budget and review.
• Utilizes Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations.
• Develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Salary: $87,840 - $109,800 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 1 to 2 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 6-8+ years of specific exp and 3 to 4 plus years of leadership experience

• Master’s Degree
