Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead and coordinate projects for luxury and custom homes. You will manage teams, subcontractors, and vendor relationships, ensuring on-time, profitable delivery and proactive issue resolution on site.

Projects are ground-up luxury homes valued at $5M–$10M+. The role requires 7+ years of superintendent experience and strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills. Jobot offers comprehensive benefits and an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects
• Strong drive with leadership and personal-skill focus
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills
• Attention to detail in managing budgets, schedules and quality

• Control job costs, manage project logs/docs, and ensure safety on site

Job Details

• Lead/coordinate projects/teams, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that's on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources
• Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule
• Projects are mostly ground-up high-end custom homes that are $5M-$10M+ each

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects
• Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client relation skills
