Jobot is seeking a Construction Superintendent for luxury residential projects in San Jose, CA. The role oversees day-to-day construction, coordinates subcontractors, maintains schedules, and ensures quality from groundbreaking to completion.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of superintendent experience in high-end homes, read blueprints, and manage site safety and compliance. On-site role with a competitive compensation package and bonus opportunities.

Job Details

The experienced Superintendent will help oversee the day-to-day construction projects of luxury residential homes from groundbreaking through completion. This role will help manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, quality control, and overall jobsite operations.

• Manage daily construction activities and onsite operations.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate inspections, permitting, and local building requirements.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, safety, and jobsite cleanliness.
• Identify and resolve construction issues and scheduling conflicts.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of residential construction, sequencing, and building codes.
• Ability to read architectural plans and construction documents.
• Strong subcontractor management and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with construction software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A degree is not required but preferred.
