Jobot is seeking a Sr. Superintendent for luxury/custom home projects in Washington, DC. The role involves leading project teams, coordinating client and vendor relationships, and delivering high-end finishes on schedule and on budget.

On-site, permanent position with a strong focus on safety, quality, and profitability. The ideal candidate has 7+ years as a superintendent, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a track record of managing complex ground-up homes.

Job Details

• Lead/coordinate projects/teams, client/sub/vendor relationships/coordination, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources
• Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs/drawings, budgets, jobsite safety/codes, and scheduling

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on ground-up luxury/custom home projects
• Excellent communication/leadership skills with ability the to successfully manage teams and high-end finishes
