Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on major commercial construction projects without requiring long road travel. You will manage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, safety, and daily field activities, while partnering with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of commercial construction experience, a track record of leading $20M+ projects, and a strong ability to communicate

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience
• Proven experience leading $20M+ projects
• Background in Commercial, Industrial, K-12 Educational, Government/Municipal or other complex construction
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, subcontractor management, safety, and quality control
• Confident field leader who can communicate effectively with owners, subcontractors, and project teams
• Indianapolis-area based or willing to move to Indianapolis

This is an opportunity for a proven field leader who enjoys taking ownership of large, complex projects and leading teams from groundbreaking through completion — without having to live on the road.

• Indianapolis-area based or willing to make the move to Indianapolis.
