Job summary

Russ Hadick & Associates seeks a qualified Superintendent for a prominent client in the Indianapolis area. This role involves overseeing commercial projects, managing subcontractors, and ensuring project goals are met from inception to close-out.

The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years of field engineer experience, ideally with healthcare and hospital projects. This position offers a strong compensation package and various benefits including medical insurance and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field engineer level experience.
• Must have OSHA 10-hour certification.
• Experience in projects of $10 million or more highly preferred.
• Healthcare and hospital construction project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a project from cradle to grave.
• Manage day-to-day onsite responsibilities.
• Lead all subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Direct GC projects in the commercial field.

Our client has been in the general contracting, design build and construction management business for over 60 years. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Seeking management experience in general contracting, CMR and Design/Build
• Experience overseeing all aspects of a project from cradle to grave
• Superintendent of projects from inception to close out experience
• Direct GC projects in the commercial field
• Day to day onsite responsibilities
• Lead all subs to achieve project goals
• Management of projects that are 10 million and larger
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints, manage schedules and financials
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• Minimum of 5 years of field engineer level experience
• Must have OSHA 10-hour certification (OSHA 30 is preferred)
• Experience in projects of $10 million or more preferred
• Healthcare and hospital construction project experience highly preferred

Salary Range: $100-135K
