AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial projects on a site in Indianapolis, IN. You will oversee daily field operations, manage subcontractors, and safeguard safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in commercial/industrial construction with hands-on superintendent experience and a solid understanding of building codes and OSHA requirements.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial construction, including industrial project experience, with at least 2 years in a Superintendent or Foreman role.
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial construction methods, building codes, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades throughout all phases of construction.

• Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules to coordinate upcoming activities.

• Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specs.
• Coordinate building inspections and ensure compliance with building codes.

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects in Indianapolis, IN. This position is responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring construction activities meet safety, quality, and building code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job site operations for commercial and industrial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction trades throughout all phases of construction.
• Monitor job site safety and compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and construction quality standards.
• Review construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project schedules to identify and address field issues.
• Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and monitor construction progress against project milestones.
• Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules to coordinate upcoming construction activities.
