MPI seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on high-profile projects in the Chicago area. You will mobilize teams, coordinate subtrades, and manage concrete scopes to meet safety, schedule, and quality targets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a superintendent role on commercial or industrial builds, with strong self-perform capabilities and a track record of on-time delivery across complex sites. Excellent leadership required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Construction Superintendent.
• Experience leading projects from groundbreaking through final completion.
• Background in commercial construction, industrial construction, or education construction.
• Overseeing self-perform concrete crews is a plus.
• Experience managing field operations on large-scale projects.
• Experience with self-perform construction crews.
• Concrete construction experience strongly preferred.

Job Description

As the Construction Superintendent, you will lead field operations and oversee project execution from mobilization through final completion.
