Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional commercialization, product launch, or go-to-market initiatives.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile or Scrum certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned commercialization programs, launch workstreams, and product lifecycle transitions across the Americas region.
• Develop and maintain integrated commercial readiness and launch plans with timelines, milestones, action trackers, dependency logs, readiness dashboards, and program updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Support, IT, Finance, and regional stakeholders.
• Facilitate working team meetings, readiness check-ins, and cross-functional operating rhythms while tracking deliverables, owners, dependencies, decisions, and critical-path activities.
