Job summary

Dexcom Inc. in San Diego seeks a Senior Manager, Partnership Operations & Contracting to lead the day-to-day partner lifecycle and standardize contracting across Legal, Privacy, Product, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams.

You will negotiate, draft, and complete partner agreements, drive templates and playbooks, and report KPIs to leadership. You will guide a high-volume agreement pipeline, manage obligations, renewals, and amendments tied to product releases, while ensuring Dexcom’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of industry experience
• 5-8 years of previous people management experience
• Strong contracting and negotiations experience across legal, privacy, product, regulatory, finance and commercial teams

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and complete partner agreements, including data sharing, integration, distribution, co-promotion, and amendments
• Lead, coach, and develop the Partnership Operations & Contracting team, set priorities and standards for a high-volume agreement pipeline
• Own the partner lifecycle operations: intake, review workflows, contracting cadence, obligation tracking, renewals, and amendments tied to product launches
• Lead negotiations with Legal, Privacy, Product, and Commercial partners to secure favorable, executable terms while protecting Dexcom’s interests
• Structure agreements addressing data sharing, IP protection, new IP creation, and privacy requirements in partnership with Legal and Privacy
• Collaborate across Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy and Security, Product Management, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial to ensure obligations are understood and executed
• Build and improve templates, playbooks, and tracking tools for consistent, efficient contracting
• Define and report operational KPIs and surface risks to senior leadership
