Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 13+ years of industry experience.
• 5-8 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and finalize partner agreements including data sharing, integration, distribution, and amendments.
• Lead and develop the Partnership Operations & Contracting team, set priorities, build capacity, and establish standards.
• Own the partner lifecycle operations including intake, review workflows, contracting cadence, obligation tracking, renewals.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Product, Regulatory, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure obligations are understood and executed.
• Build templates, playbooks, and tools to increase consistency and reduce cycle time.
