Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to translate strategy into coordinated commercialization across the Americas. You will manage programs, launch workstreams, market expansions, and portfolio initiatives from planning to execution.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and regional teams. You’ll drive readiness, track milestones, and mitigate risks to ensure timely launches and compliant market access.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.
• A graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned commercialization programs, launch workstreams, market expansions, portfolio initiatives, and product lifecycle transitions across the Americas region.
• Develop and maintain integrated commercial readiness and launch plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers, and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Support, IT, Finance, and regional stakeholders.
• Facilitate working team meetings, readiness check-ins, and cross-functional operating rhythms while tracking deliverables, owners, dependencies, decisions, and critical-path activities.
• Support commercial readiness across pricing and market access, product setup, distribution planning, order-to-cash, forecasting, supply planning, sales enablement, customer support, and marketing deployment.
• Identify, assess, elevate, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints that may impact readiness.
• Partner with regional marketing and country teams to understand localization needs, country plans, launch sequencing, and global timeline dependencies.
• Maintain reporting on program health, readiness status, action items, decisions, risks, and budget or resource impacts.
