Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our ISV team, focusing on security observability and developer tooling for software partners. You’ll collaborate with customers to design cloud-native architectures, align security and analytics needs, and accelerate adoption of AWS services across data-driven workloads.

You will partner with ISV customers to craft scalable reference architectures, optimize platform designs on AWS, and contribute to technical publications

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers providing technical advocacy as they build and enhance their products on AWS.
• Participate in deep architectural and design discussions with customers to create world-class solutions built on AWS.
• Work with customers to understand their business needs and provide prescriptive guidance on how to leverage AWS technologies.
• Formulate and execute a strategy to drive adoption of AWS services within customer’s platform.
• Author and contribute to technical publications such as whitepapers and proof of concepts that highlight AWS.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals at our customer to enable them to be cloud advocates.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community.
• Drive successful outcomes for both AWS and customers through technical enablement.
• Builds strategic integrations with our largest security partners.
