Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value.
Assist and guide agents to support delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly across multiple levels.
Identify and proactively manage risk areas; drive issues to resolution.
Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions with customers and partners.
Review and refine project direction and artifacts to keep programs on track.
Drive program vision and articulate strategies to enable Salesforce platform technologies.
