Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect with Regulated Industries experience to lead workstreams in sophisticated enterprise customer engagements.

You will partner with key collaborators to drive the vision and deliver outcomes, serving as a hands-on advisor with strong communication, solution, and Salesforce product knowledge. The role leads one or more workstreams, co-creates the vision with the customer, and removes roadblocks to implement business strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise projects using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• 1+ year experience in Regulated Industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
• Assist and guide agents to support delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly across multiple levels of a client organization.
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas; drive issues to complete resolution.
• Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
• Review and refine project direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and ensure solutions are maintainable going forward.
• Drive program vision and articulate program/project strategies to enable technologies including the Salesforce platform.
