Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise projects using waterfall/agile; 1+ year in Regulated Industries (Solution Architect).
• 10+ years in enterprise projects (Sr. Solution Architect) with waterfall/agile; 3+ years in Regulated Industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies to drive business value.
• Assist and guide agents to support delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex concepts across client levels.
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas; drive issues to resolution.
• Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
• Review and refine project direction, keep programs on track and ensure maintainability.
• Drive program vision and articulate strategies to enable Salesforce platforms.
