You will engage communities, monitor sentiment, and collaborate with marketing, design, and dealership teams to drive measurable impact. Requires 3+ years in social media and strong storytelling skills.

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly driven Senior Social Media & Reputation Specialist to elevate and protect the voice of our enterprise brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how to build engaged online communities, and knows how to turn data, trends, and customer sentiment into meaningful brand impact.

Location: Medford, OR (hybrid)

Compensation Range: $50,000-$75,000, with a typical starting of $60,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Strategy & Content:

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with each brand’s voice, goals, and audience
• Build and maintain strategic content calendars that align with campaigns, trends, and seasonal opportunities
• Create engaging platform-specific content including graphics, videos, infographics, and copy
• Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards and messaging

Community Engagement & Reputation Management:

• Manage and engage with online communities across social and review platforms
• Respond thoughtfully and professionally to customer feedback, comments, and reviews
• Maintain a 100% response rate across review sites while protecting and strengthening brand reputation
• Monitor brand sentiment and proactively identify opportunities or risks

Social Listening & Analytics:

• Track trends, competitor activity, and audience conversations to drive strategy and innovation
• Build and optimize social listening queries for brand and competitive insights
• Analyze campaign and reputation performance, providing actionable recommendations and reporting to leadership

Influencer & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with influencers and industry partners to expand brand reach when applicable
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, customer support, and dealership teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels

Events & Real-Time Content:

• Support on-site events through content capture, execution, and social coverage
• Identify and create engaging moments for digital and social storytelling before, during, and after events
• Participate in event planning to maximize audience engagement opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of social media experience (automotive industry experience preferred but not required)
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, platform trends, and reputation management
• Exceptional written communication and creative storytelling skills
• Experience creating engaging digital content across multiple platforms
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align social strategies to business goals
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
