Job summary

DivIHN Integration Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and related modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC and HR.

The role requires deep hands-on development and strong technical leadership to drive architecture and large-scale implementations, including AWS integrations and third-party tech. Candidates should have 8+ years of ServiceNow development and a track record of leading solutions and architecture efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Bachelor's + 7 years of experience, Master's + 5 years, or 11+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Strong technical leadership experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership driving solutions/change.
• 5+ years of architecture/system design experience.
• 5+ years supporting IT-related data integrity, including CMDB, HAM, SAM, etc.
• Strong experience across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC and/or HR.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust - This is After Hire and Client will sponsor.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD and CIS certifications are highly desirable
