Job summary

Wissda Consulting is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our remote, high-performing team with 6 to 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.

You will own end-to-end development, design workflows, build integrations, and deliver advanced interfaces through Service Portal and Workspace, while coordinating with stakeholders.

This role requires strong governance and IRM/GRC understanding and relevant ServiceNow certifications.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and coding experience.
• In-depth familiarity with workflows, data models, APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and system integrations.
• Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-Risk & Compliance (IRM/GRC) certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Hands-on coding, building, and deploying robust solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
• Integration Engineering: Design and maintain complex integrations, ensuring scalability as our heavily integrated ecosystem continues to grow.
• User Experience Delivery: Build advanced, user-centric interfaces utilizing Service Portal and Workspace.
• Multitasking & Initiative: Manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously, acting as a proactive self-starter.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, leveraging strong communication, high EQ, and business acumen.

Core Technical Requirements

• Experience: 6 to 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and coding.
• Platform Mastery: In-depth technical familiarity with workflows, data models, APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and system integrations. GRC / IRM Expertise (Mandatory):
• Strong hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC).
• Experience in Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management.
• Ability to develop workflows, custom applications, integrations, and automation within IRM.
• Strong understanding of governance and compliance frameworks.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-Risk and Compliance (IRM/GRC) certification Mandatory
