• Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow ITSM Developer
• Location: 100% Remote (US based)
• US CITIZEN ONLY (must be able to clear a federal background check)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field or 7 years’ relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years’ experience in full lifecycle of software development projects in an agile environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow RESTAPI, SOAP, UI Development
• Experience with developing ServiceNow Document Management.
• Experience with developing ServiceNow Integrations.
• Experience with developing Custom applications.
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Experience leading a ServiceNow development project.
• Experience partnering with outsourced development teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
• Completed ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (SNAF).
• Experience with Document Intelligence.
• Experience with Integration with FedRAMP complaint Scan and Fax software
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and automated provisioning & configuration management.
• Basic understanding of networking and internet protocols.

Job Duties:

• Designs, codes, tests and debugs applications and components that meet all technical specifications and business requirements per assigned work items.
• Works closely with lead engineer to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.
• Collaborates closely with ServiceNow Business Analysts on developing requirements and may assist with estimating.
• Instills best practices for software development and documentation, assures designs meet requirements, and delivers high-quality work on tight schedules.
• Translates business requirements and designs into technical solutions, recommends alternative technical and business approaches, and leads engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.
• Operational Excellence – building, deploying, monitoring, and operation of production services.
• Mentor other software engineers.
• Leads engineering efforts for their feature team.
