Role: Senior Solution Architect - ServiceNow

Location: Remote

Job Description:

The Senior Solution Architect - ServiceNow provides mentorship and thought leadership in platform design, integration, development standards, platform management, and technology strategy. The role requires high-level scripting and app development skills, including familiarity with web services, APIs, and mobile app design.

• Lead and mentor development teams to ensure high technical standards. Design, document, and present integration approaches. Analyze capabilities and propose solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and deliver the right technical solutions. Ensure quality in artifacts, configurations, and interactions. Serve as the final technical decision-maker within projects.

Team Building:

• Build and guide teams to complete tasks. Provide technical mentorship. Define evaluation and hiring processes. Conduct interviews to select candidates.
• Evaluate team capabilities periodically. Identify training needs and align resources accordingly. Coordinate with HR on training and development plans.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field with relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist for ITSM. Experience in additional product lines like Orchestration, Discovery, or SecOps.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3, with 5+ years in consulting, service management, and software development. 4+ years of platform configuration experience. 2+ years in senior technical roles.
• Preferred: ITSM, ITIL v3 certifications; additional certifications like Application Developer or Implementation Specialist are a plus.

The annual salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
