Insight Global's healthcare client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a remote opportunity. This role focuses on IT Asset Management (ITAM) with deep HAM Pro and SAM expertise, serving as a senior technical authority within the ServiceNow platform.

You will lead architecture decisions, configuration, automation, and governance across the ITAM lifecycle, improve CMDB accuracy, ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance, and mentor developers while enabling ITSM and ITOM-driven

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
• CMDB, HAM Pro, and SAM expertise.
• CAD certification; CIS certifications preferred.
• Strong technical leadership and governance capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Architect, configure, automate, and govern ITAM on ServiceNow across full lifecycle.

The Senior ServiceNow Application Developer will be dedicated to IT Asset Management (ITAM) , and serves as a senior level technical authority within the enterprise ServiceNow platform, with deep specialization in Hardware Asset Management Pro (HAM Pro) and Software Asset Management (SAM), This role is responsible for the architecture, configuration, automation, and governance of the IT Asset Management capability across its full lifecycle ensuring platform integrity, financial accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated healthcare environment Acting as both a hands on technical expert and a platform steward, this position plays a critical role in optimizing asset costs, improving CMDB accuracy, and enabling ITSM and ITOM driven operational excellence
