Job summary

Northramp LLC. is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect to lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across HAM, SAM, SPM, ITSM, and HRSD.

The role serves as a technical leader for architecture, governance, delivery, and platform strategy. Key responsibilities include platform architecture, solution design, asset management, strategic portfolio management, ITSM, HRSD, and leadership of developers and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• ServiceNow CAD certification.
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong expertise in HAM, SAM, SPM, ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap.
• Establish development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Lead solution architecture reviews and technical design sessions.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Design, develop, configure, and support complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop custom applications, integrations, workflows, business rules, and catalog items.
• Configure Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, Employee Center, and Workspaces.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.
• Implement HAM and SAM solutions, including discovery and reconciliation.
• Support asset lifecycle management and vendor audits.
• Implement demand, project, portfolio, resource, agile, and financial management capabilities in SPM.
• Create executive dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Architect ITSM capabilities: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalog.
• Align solutions with ITIL best practices.
• Implement HRSD: HR case management and self-service experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect to lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role serves as a technical leader and trusted advisor responsible for architecture, governance, delivery, and platform strategy across Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).

Key Responsibilities

Platform Architecture & Strategy

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap.
• Establish development standards, governance, and best practices.

• Align solutions with ITIL best practices.

Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)

• Implement HR case management, employee lifecycle events, and self-service experiences.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and security requirements.

Leadership

• Mentor developers and administrators.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong expertise in HAM, SAM, SPM, ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

• Advanced experience with JavaScript and core ServiceNow development tooling, including Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Experience managing stakeholders and communicating technical solutions to business or executive audiences.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• CIS-ITSM, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, CIS-SPM, or CIS-HRSD certification.
• ITIL 4 or ITIL 5 certification.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
