Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master for a remote role based in the United States.

You will guide Agile teams through disciplined delivery in a scaled environment, aligning with Program Increment objectives and ensuring effective execution across priorities and dependencies. You will partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to strengthen Agile practices, remove impediments, and support consistent delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile development environment.
• Proficient in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CSM or PMI-ACP required.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and plans to meet Program Increment objectives.
• Coach teams on Agile concepts and practices.
• Manage expectations with multiple Product Owners.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain Jira.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Scrum Master to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. In this remote role, you will guide Agile teams through disciplined delivery in a scaled environment, helping ensure alignment to Program Increment objectives and effective execution across priorities and dependencies. You will partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to strengthen Agile practices, remove impediments, and support consistent delivery outcomes. This position calls for a collaborative leader who can coach, facilitate, and help teams operate with clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $114,750 – $155,250 annually
