Job summary

Kreative Technologies, LLC is seeking a Scrum Master to guide agile delivery teams, run ceremonies, remove blockers, and help the team deliver working software each sprint. This remote role covers locations DC, FL, GA, MD, TX, VA.

The ideal candidate is organized, supportive, and skilled at facilitating discussions while keeping commitments. A Bachelor’s degree and experience with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience on software delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile principles.
• Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Removes impediments and escalates issues that slow the team down.
• Works with the Product Owner to groom and prioritize the backlog.
• Tracks and reports sprint progress, velocity and burndown.
• Coaches team members on Scrum practices and Agile principles.
• Promotes collaboration between the team and outside stakeholders.
• Encourages continuous improvement through retrospective actions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Overview:
Kreative Technologies is looking for a Scrum Master to guide one or more Agile delivery teams. You will run Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers and help the team deliver working software every sprint.

The ideal candidate is organized, supportive and good at keeping people focused. You should be comfortable facilitating discussions and holding the team to its commitments.

• Facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

• Experience supporting federal government contracts.

Compensation:
$71,033 – $78,926 per year
