VDart Inc. is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to support agile development teams in a fully remote environment. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and champion Scrum practices to ensure on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with the Product Owner and development team, track sprint velocity, and mentor the team on Agile processes. Prior experience with Jira and Confluence and strong stakeholder communication are essential for success.

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support Agile development teams and ensure smooth project delivery. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and help the team follow Agile/Scrum best practices.

Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Help the team follow Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Preferred

CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
