Job summary

Ladders seeks a Senior Manager, Scrum Master to join a leader in the healthcare space. The role guides Agile delivery teams within a complex healthcare environment, ensuring work is well-coordinated, transparent, and continuously improving.

You will partner with team members, stakeholders and leaders to strengthen execution, remove process friction, and support consistent delivery outcomes. The position also emphasizes using metrics and analytics to improve team performance and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Growth mindset focused on agility and development.
• Proven execution and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach scrum teams on Agile principles to foster self-organization and continuous improvement

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Scrum Master to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide Agile delivery teams within a complex healthcare environment, helping ensure work is well-coordinated, transparent, and continuously improving. You will partner closely with team members, stakeholders, and leaders to strengthen execution, remove process friction, and support consistent delivery outcomes. The position also calls for using metrics, analytics, and communication strategies to improve team performance and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,605 – $213,210 annually
