What is The Role:

Reporting to Elastic’s Global Sales Operations Organization, you will focus on the end-to-end strategy and operations for Elastic's Solutions Architect (SA) organization.
In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leaders, Strategy & Operations, Finance, IT, and more organizations focusing on the upkeep and development of all Solutions Architect programs including performance metrics, fiscal year planning, territory carve, quota allocation, compensation design, organizational policy, continuous process improvement, and special projects. You will serve as the strategic partner to the SA Operations Sr. Manager, aligning with and meeting the needs of an integral pre-sales organization. As Elastic continues to grow, so does the need for new and innovative ways to develop and improve our programs & critical initiatives. You will work as a key collaborator in the design and implementation of priority growth areas.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.
