Key Responsibilities
- Drive data analytics to create strategic insights and support growth initiatives
- Identify correlations between diverse data streams providing strategic direction
- Leverage customer and third-party data to identify revenue and business development opportunities
- Develop analytics and reporting to measure sales growth initiatives impact
- Support go-to-market strategies focused on profitable revenue growth
- Analyze market and customer data to define business opportunities and addressable markets
- Qualify customer and prospect leads based on business objectives
- Establish tracking and reporting mechanisms to support sales strategies
- Create forecasts and trend analyses for business planning
- Prepare market analysis and forecasts by integrating diverse data sources
- Analyze internal and external reports to identify opportunities and trends
- Enhance market analysis capabilities by evaluating new data sources
- Manage specific projects to drive results
- Support implementation of sales growth programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 3+ years in marketing or sales analytics
- Strong data analytics skills, including statistical techniques
- Proficiency in SQL
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access)
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence across departments
- Experience with Tableau preferred
