Job description

The Sr. Sales Analyst will be responsible for analytical support from report creation, automation, synthesis, selling story creation and delivery. This position will support Mass/Club customers across multiple categories. The Sr. Sales Analyst will utilize both Retail Link and syndicated data to drive communication and reporting both internally and with the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Maintain sales reporting, analytics, and models that track and drive insights for the marketing mix(price, promotion, product, and place).

•Deliver timely, meaningful and accurate sales analysis through effective sales analytics processes.

•Identify, analyze, interpret trends and patterns to generate meaningful operational and commercial insights.

•Deliver clear insights from data analytics and to help create a compelling selling story for multiple customers from various categories.

•Implement strategic analytic initiatives including pricing, revenue management, portfolio optimization/assortment, shopper decision hierarchies, and predictive forecasting.

•Identify core insights and partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to activate learnings, track business results, assess business impact, and apply learning for continuous improvement.

•Proactively identify business opportunities and enable team members to develop actionable solutions.

•Support Replenishment team to drive service level improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

•1-3 years of sales analytics experience is required.

•Must have strong working knowledge of Retail Link (Scintilla) and Microsoft Office is required.

•Excellent analytics and report building experience. •Experience with syndicated data and analytics is required; Nielsen experience is a plus.

•Experience and knowledge of report creation and automation is required.

•Strong working knowledge of Retail Link (Scintilla) and Microsoft Office is required.

•Strong project planning and/or project management skills.

•Ability to develop presentation materials that are clear, concise, and compelling is required.•Advanced Excel skills are required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

•Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures.

•The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is necessary.

•Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending on the project or assignment.

•Must be able to travel 5%-10% of the time.•This is full time remote position and must be located in Bentonville, AR.
