Summary

The Senior Revenue Growth Management Analyst manages processes related to advanced analytics, modeling, problem solving, and process discipline in developing pricing strategies, trade allocation, and shopper investments across our Retail Channel. This role involves analyzing market trends and optimizing revenue streams while aligning with company goals. The role collaborates cross-functionally with Whole Bird Profitability, Sales Planning, and Marketing to develop a sustainable model for pricing excellence. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving business success.

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, with an annual bonus (performance-dependent). In addition, Perdue offers a competitive benefits package, including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1 year, critical illness, accident insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, optional group life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies, including pricing, promotions, and product portfolio optimization.
  • Analyze sales data, customer insights, and financial metrics to support decision-making and forecasting.
  • Monitor and report on revenue growth initiatives, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Manage pricing models and trade spend to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
  • Support sales, sales planning, and category management teams to ensure spending stays within budget.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas for revenue enhancement.
Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in revenue/sales as a business analyst, pricing analyst, or related role.
  • Experience in a Direct-to-Consumer or Consumer Packaged Goods company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

This position is office-based in an open cubicle environment. It is mostly sedentary but may require occasional movement to other offices or buildings, moving light equipment or supplies, and accessing files, supplies, and equipment.
