We have an exciting remote opportunity for a Senior Enterprise Architect.

What You Will Do:

1. Map existing digital and business processes, identify necessary changes, develop technology roadmaps, and support our transformation journey.
2. Develop clear enterprise-level technical architectures, standards, and strategic roadmaps for all parts of P&W, ensuring visibility of digital technology married to business processes.
3. Create architecture guidelines for major initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to meet company needs.
4. Provide technical leadership and guidance based on enterprise standards.
5. Operate across all of P&W's Technical Platform Areas, providing guidance on industry best practices.
6. Demonstrate experience in process mapping, architecting, and digital transformation in manufacturing or aerospace organizations.

Qualifications You Must Have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with 10+ years of IT experience including 7+ years as a senior solution or enterprise architect.
2. Experience with global architecture practices, governance, standards, and modern frameworks (TOGAF, BIZBOK).
3. Ability to lead strategic technology roadmaps and influence in a virtual environment.
4. Excellent communication skills for developing and delivering business and technical recommendations.

Qualifications We Prefer:

1. Experience working in complex, deadline-driven environments.
2. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum teams and API strategy and governance.
4. Self-motivated with a customer service focus.

Additional Information:
