Senior Business Analyst, Continuous Improvement

Knowledge and Experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Engagement Planning: Coordinate with operational leadership, lead pre-engagement analyses, and prepare work plans.
2. Fieldwork: Conduct process walkthroughs, interviews, root cause analyses, and support improvement plan identification.
3. Reporting: Validate analyses, document findings, and educate teams on action plan administration.
4. Other Duties: Handle special projects related to performance management and KPI development.
