Role Summary

The Senior Revenue Growth Management Analyst oversees analytics, modeling, and strategic processes related to pricing, trade allocation, and shopper investments across our Retail Channel. The role involves analyzing market trends, optimizing revenue streams, and aligning strategies with company objectives. Collaboration with teams such as Whole Bird Profitability, Sales Planning, and Marketing is essential to develop sustainable pricing models. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about business growth.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $84,000 - $126,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus an annual bonus based on performance. Benefits include medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match, insurance options, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies including pricing and promotions.
  • Analyze sales, customer insights, and financial data for decision-making and forecasting.
  • Monitor and report on revenue initiatives, providing insights to leadership.
  • Manage pricing models and trade spend to enhance profitability and market share.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities.
  • Support sales and category teams within budget constraints.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to innovate revenue strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience in revenue, sales, or related analytical roles.
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or Direct-to-Consumer sectors.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is an office-based role in an open cubicle setting, primarily sedentary, with occasional movement required for supplies or files. Light physical activity may be necessary.
